Overview Mailchimp’s mission is to help small and mid-sized businesses grow through better marketing, data, and automation. Our Integrations Product team plays a critical role in making that possible by connecting customer data from the platforms our users already rely on — and turning that data into actionable signals across Mailchimp’s product surfaces.
We’re looking for a high-impact Growth Product Manager to lead one of Mailchimp’s strategic growth opportunities: driving PLG conversion and activations from our integration with Wix.
This PM owns conversion rate (CVR) performance from Wix-referred users — identifying and removing friction from the sign-up experience through to early value. While this role does not own onboarding or activation product surfaces directly, it plays a critical role in optimizing the funnel by partnering closely with other PMs on Activation & Usage and driving high-velocity experimentation, and working directly with engineers and designers in those product areas.
What you'll bring
8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in growth, PLG, or funnel optimization roles
Undergraduate degree in a technical or business-related field required; MBA or advanced degree a plus. Equivalent work experience considered.
Proven success running experiments that drive measurable improvements in sign-up, activation, or monetization
Strong analytical skills with a comfort in funnel analysis, and instrumentation design
Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills; you work well with cross-functional partners even without direct ownership
Experience with freemium SaaS consumer platforms, or subscription models
Preferred: Experience partnering with marketing or lifecycle teams to optimize PLG performance across acquisition channels
Bonus: Knowledge of verticalized SaaS (e.g., for bookings, CRM, restaurants)
Compensation Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:
Bay Area California: $236,000 - $319,000
New York: $232,500 - $314,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Leadership Responsibilities
Establish a repeatable, data-informed experimentation process to optimize paid conversion and activation from Wix-referred users, acting as a strategic thought partner to Marketing, Partnerships, and Product leaders to align on goals, messaging, and funnel impact. While focused solely on Wix, this role will shape how we approach partner-led PLG more broadly across Mailchimp.
Lead funnel analytics and user research to uncover drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversion from Wix traffic
Define and execute a data-informed growth strategy tailored to Wix traffic, vertical nuances, and Mailchimp’s PLG motion
Partner across teams (Activation, Onboarding, Audience, R&A, SMS/Email) to influence roadmap priorities that accelerate key funnel improvements and own the implementation of those product activations
Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments that improve conversion, feature exposure, and early retention
Establish and track funnel metrics and KPIs; communicate insights across the company in partnership with Product Data Science
Create scalable growth frameworks that can be replicated across other partner ecosystems
Collaborate with product marketing and partnerships to ensure value prop alignment for Wix sign-ups — this reflects the GTM collaboration that often supports PLG success
