General Superintendent - Key Responsibilities Lead all field operations

on large-scale, technically complex projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance across multiple work fronts. Oversee trade coordination , site logistics, equipment management, and workforce planning for crews that often number in the hundreds. Drive jobsite safety culture , enforcing company protocols and ensuring subcontractors meet or exceed safety standards. Collaborate with project executives, engineers, and superintendents , serving as the central figure for field execution and problem-solving. Implement Lean and BIM workflows , driving pull planning, just-in-time delivery, and clash resolution on highly integrated builds. Maintain schedule discipline , monitoring milestones and adjusting sequencing to mitigate delays in MEP-heavy and fast-track environments. Ensure quality control , working closely with QA/QC teams to inspect critical path systems - especially for clean rooms, white spaces, or GMP-compliant environments. Interface with owners and stakeholders , providing field-level insight during OAC meetings, site walks, and milestone turnover points. Mentor and develop site teams , creating strong bench strength and supporting growth of assistant supers, field engineers, and trade leads. Adapt to evolving scopes , often managing design changes and late-stage coordination in mission-critical or technically regulated industries.
