Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets established standards and specifications. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and logs. Support the Superintendent in achieving project goals and milestones.
