Job Description
The Concrete Construction Superintendent will be expected to:
Supervise and manage all phases of concrete construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. Oversee daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and materials. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to promote collaboration and success. The Successful Applicant
A successful Concrete Construction Superintendent should have:
5+ years of concrete construction experience as a foreman or site leader Proven experience in managing concrete construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on-site. A commitment to delivering high-quality results within established deadlines. What's on Offer
