Job Description Oversee project site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines. Coordinate daily with Project Managers, subcontractors, and APMs/PEs for seamless execution. Manage subcontractor schedules, enforce safety protocols, and inspect work quality throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize Plangrid, Procore, and Newforma to maintain documentation, track project progress, and communicate with all stakeholders. The Successful Applicant Experience : 5+ years as a Superintendent, with a proven track record managing projects in the $10M-$40M range. Experience with base building, tilt-wall, and tenant improvement (TI) projects is preferred. Project Portfolio : Hands-on experience with diverse project types, including medical offices, SCIF spaces, industrial warehouses, spec suites, and other high-stakes commercial construction. Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in project management software such as Plangrid, Procore, and Newforma to manage project documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Subcontractor Management : Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, oversee scheduling, enforce safety protocols, and ensure high-quality standards on site. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership capabilities, adept at managing teams, troubleshooting site issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Credentials : OSHA 30 certification required; additional industry certifications are a plus.
