Our Digital Solutions team is looking for a
Salesforce Administrator
who is passionate about enabling all types of users to maximize Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership, planning, communication skills, business acumen, and technical knowledge. This role will manage and support multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, and Field Service) to successfully meet business needs and requirements. Our Salesforce team is helping lead the next-generation of technology and development for Regal Rexnord. Key Responsibilities In this individual contributor role, you will work alongside a diverse, enthusiastic, and dynamic team including the Product Owner, Architect, Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and fellow Salesforce Administrators. You will support multiple Salesforce environments and be responsible for supporting the team in daily operations and projects. In this role, you will: Blend business analysis with technical expertise, focusing on Salesforce and other SaaS solutions to enhance collaboration, analytics, and reporting. Support and implement comprehensive Salesforce strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with a talented technology team, driving innovation and ensuring the organizations technology landscape supports its ambitious business objectives. Support the creation of the "Salesforce Roadmap". Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies as part of daily activities. Champion continuous platform enhancements to improve performance and user experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. Provide support to peers, fostering innovation and collaboration. Assist end-users with troubleshooting, replication steps, and related topics. Help develop and document new user training guides, SOPs, and contribute to skill growth across the organization and within the team. Adopt a forward-thinking approach to technology, staying ahead of trends and providing modern solutions to internal development teams. Participate in continuous education on new Salesforce features and functionalities, providing recommendations for process improvements. Qualifications Technical Skills (Preferred/Required): 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience. Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices, security, integration patterns, and development options. Other Skills Required: Excellent listening, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus-building, and issue-resolution skills. Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, fostering a culture of technical collaboration. Ability to communicate ideas in user-friendly language and interface on both business and technical concepts. Capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders on strategic initiatives under time and resource constraints, in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Self-starter with proven ability to initiate new projects and resolve complex issues through analysis. Preferred but not required: Additional Salesforce certifications. Experience with Salesforce integrations using Mulesoft or other EAI tools.
