GI Hospitalist Locums Job near Alabama Coast in August December 2025 + Ongoing Dates in 2026 Jackson and Coker is partnered with a client near the Alabama coast that needs GI inpatient coverage this coming August & ongoing through 2026. The facility actively uses locums GI coverage, however, their current locums team cannot assist with these dates specifically. Look forward to a quick & easy credentialing period for a short stretch of dates near the beach and to having the opportunity to pick up future shifts as they become available. Seeking inpatient 24-hour call coverage on Monday AM - Friday AM on the below dates: (Client is also open to extending these shifts through Saturday AM if needed) Monday, 8/11 Friday (AM) 8/15 Monday, 8/18 Friday (AM) 8/22 Monday, 10/13 Friday (AM) 10/17 Monday, 11/17 Friday (AM) 11/21 Monday, 12/8 Friday (AM) 12/12 Details/Requirements for Assignment : Active Alabama medical license + current Board Certification required (open to reviewing candidates with an active LOQ with the IMLC) Seeking candidates with an active AL license + CSR for August dates due to credentialing Located in south Alabama, near Gulf Shores (quick drive to the beach) Bread & Butter inpatient coverage; ERCP / EUS is not required Shift details: 24-hour call coverage (7A-7A), averaging between 10-12 hours of inpatient work/day (must include 8-10 hours in daily rate) Shift duties: complete daily patient rounding, and see new ED consults & do emergent procedures that come through the ED Patient volume: Average of 20-25 follow ups per day (this includes scoped patients) + see an average of 10-12 new consults/day Will see attached & una
