We have opportunities for CNAs with competitive pay and an $4,000 sign-on bonus opportunity for full-time and $2,000 sign-on for part-time. To support work/life satisfaction, our nurses share scheduling and work every other weekend and every other holiday.

With a low patient/nurse ratio, youll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment, including:

-Assist residents with activities of daily living including eating, bathing and transfers. -Obtain resident vital signs -Work well within a team environment -Flexible scheduling options with varying work assignments

Our CNAs have great skills, including a valid CNA license. Whether you are brand new to healthcare or are a seasoned professional, Deerfield provides the environment that supports your success and helps you grow.
