Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

Ability to travel up to ~15%
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Cisco, Palo Alto, or cloud certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.)
ITIL Foundation or Network+ certification
IT experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing enterprise-level networks
Experience creating network diagrams in Microsoft Visio
Key Responsibilities:
Support Palo Alto technologies including Firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, URL Filtering, IoT Security, PRISMA, and related platforms
Support Cisco technologies including switching, routing (SD-WAN), Cisco ISE/TACACS, DNA Center, Wireless, ACI, and related systems
Provide mediumhigh complexity RTB (Run-the-Business) support, maintenance, and incident/service request resolution
Deliver network solutions for both operational needs and project work
Participate as a project resource, supporting requirements gathering, solution recommendations, and implementation
Share knowledge as a subject-matter expert through documentation, mentoring, and collaboration with IT teams
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of IT experience with hands-on network support
Strong understanding of Cisco and Palo Alto network environments
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle time-sensitive tasks
Effective written and verbal communication skills
