What You’ll Do Provide primary support to Vice President and Regional Manager. Supervise Case Aide and Transportation Specialist. Keep all office equipment operational and order all office supplies. Assist with all Special Projects handed down from Vice President and Regional Manager. Process all departmental billing, and petty cash account for Brooklyn Office. Word processing, data entry and typing – which includes cases changes in LEWIS. Place orders for office supplies, metro cards for bio-parent transportation Review/Update Social Work Caseload list for accuracy twice a month. Archive all discharge case records/files. Register all current and new EFFC staff for trainings through ACS Workforce Institute and Human Services Learning Center (HSLC). Process Personnel Action Forms (PAF) and job requisition forms. Schedule candidates for interviews and retrieve all supporting documents. Coordinate laptop and mobile phones for all EFFC staff with the MIS Department. All other duties as assigned by Regional Manager of EFFC.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: AA degree and or High School Diploma and or General Education Diploma (GED) Type 50 to 60 WPM Proficiency in MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CONNECTIONS, etc. Excellent writing and oral communication skills, good organizational skills.
