About the Role: Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant / Front Desk Administrator to be the face of our office and the support system behind our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and enjoys creating an organized and welcoming workspace.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and manage front desk operations Receive, open, and distribute mail and packages Keep office spaces, kitchen, and supply closets clean and organized Monitor and reorder office and kitchen supplies as needed Schedule meetings, send calendar invites, and manage Zoom links Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls professionally as well as make calls for follow up Maintain building access for guests and employees Assist with spreadsheets and administrative tasks Support operations managers and other team members with day-to-day tasks Assist with coordination for staff events, celebrations, and team outings Learn and utilize new software systems and applications
Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Zoom Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
