Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage receiving, inspecting, shelving, picking, packing, and all inbound/outbound processes for spare parts.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Assist with regular inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
• Process orders and maintain inventory data using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Logistics Control and Tracking (LTC).
• Handle inbound and outbound activities for earthmoving machinery and update system records accordingly.

Site Management & Maintenance

• Maintain 5S standards by keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well‑organized.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics staff to receive incoming materials, prepare outgoing shipments, and complete required documentation.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in improving warehouse layout and optimizing picking routes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and training activities to strengthen overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics or warehousing coursework preferred.
• Experience: At least one year of warehouse experience; experience with construction machinery or parts warehousing is preferred.
• Skills: Familiarity with warehouse operations and WMS systems.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment; equipment certifications preferred.
• Basic English communication required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Attributes: Reliable, detail‑oriented, hardworking, and strong in teamwork and safety awareness.
