Job Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
Manage receiving, inspecting, shelving, picking, packing, and all inbound/outbound processes for spare parts.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Assist with regular inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
Process orders and maintain inventory data using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Logistics Control and Tracking (LTC).
Handle inbound and outbound activities for earthmoving machinery and update system records accordingly.
Site Management & Maintenance
Maintain 5S standards by keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well‑organized.
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with logistics staff to receive incoming materials, prepare outgoing shipments, and complete required documentation.
Support the Warehouse Supervisor in improving warehouse layout and optimizing picking routes.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and training activities to strengthen overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics or warehousing coursework preferred.
Experience:
At least one year of warehouse experience; experience with construction machinery or parts warehousing is preferred.
Skills:
Familiarity with warehouse operations and WMS systems.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment; equipment certifications preferred.
Basic English communication required; additional language skills are a plus.
Attributes: Reliable, detail‑oriented, hardworking, and strong in teamwork and safety awareness.
