Location: Wisconsin (Relocation Required THIS IS ROLE IS ON SITE) Salary: $138,000 – $193,000 per year (based on experience) Relocation Package: Support available Schedule: Full-time | Variable shifts

About the Opportunity:

An established and innovative healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Manager of Pharmacy Services to lead Outpatient/Retail Pharmacy operations at one of its key medical centers in Wisconsin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical pharmacy leader who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about improving patient outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day outpatient pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant care • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff • Perform full pharmacist duties as needed to support patient care and workflow • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to advance pharmacy initiatives and patient programs • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, institutional, and state pharmacy standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required); Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred • Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience or completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-2 residency • At least 2 years of pharmacy management experience preferred (MBA/MHA or PGY-2 in Health System Administration also considered) • Active U.S. Pharmacist License with eligibility for Wisconsin licensure (must obtain within 3 months of hire) • Certification in Vaccine Administration (required within 1 year of hire) • Board Certification in Ambulatory Care or Pharmacotherapy (preferred)
