Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Located in our downtown Denver office, you will be in a key role within the Americas Commercial Finance team, partnering with the VPs of channel sales & marketing to achieve strategic objectives and financial results.
In this highly visible role, you’ll have the responsibility to generate reliable annual plans, monthly forecasts, and metric reporting to drive informed business decisions. This is a cross‑functional position, with the opportunity to work with many areas of the business including Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Line Management.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical, flexible, and a strategic thinker with the drive to solve complex issues. You will have accounting and finance knowledge, and the proven ability to communicate effectively with various functions in the company and at various levels. You will be an eager, self‑starter with an unrelenting desire to learn. You will appreciate working on the details and collaborating with business and finance partners.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for generating annual plan and monthly forecasting for NA commercial revenue and margin. Develop and improve analytical processes and standardized reporting to improve forecast accuracy for key areas such as volume, price, mix, and initiative impacts.
Support financial analysis on commercial‑based investment projects and continuous improvement opportunities on the current revenue base. Review new contract terms, and manage discount and allowance structure to support revenue execution.
Support SG&A and headcount plans. Partner with the business to ensure spending is managed, continuously identifying areas of opportunity to support business growth.
Serve as a key liaison to commercial leads and the supply chain team to gather and integrate key business inputs, market indicators, demand and supply planning into the commercial finance and accounting processes.
Responsible for understanding and performing accounting processes to ensure compliance with company and accounting policies, audit requirements, and control environment mandates. Responsibility may include support of the month‑end close process, accounting policy application, and support in standardizing accounting practices across North America.

Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Requirements and Preferred Skills
Degree in Finance or Accounting, with MBA preferred
Minimum 7 years experience in analytical finance or accounting roles in commercial sales, distribution, or manufacturing with evidence of progressing responsibility
Excited to work in the office with great teammates
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Pay & Benefits
Full‑Time
Salary Range: $120,000 — $135,000
Bonus Eligible

Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
