Commercial Drywall Construction Estimator

Job Type: Full‑time | Level: Mid‑Senior.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates using OST and QuickBid.
Review plans and specifications to create complete, competitive bids.
Calculate labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs.
Collaborate with teams to meet client goals and deadlines.
Support PMs in turning bids into active projects.
Join preconstruction meetings and assist with cost planning.
Contribute to value engineering and project phasing.
Coordinate with clients, GCs, vendors, and subcontractors.
Keep organized records of bids, changes, and awards.
Represent the company professionally in all pre‑award stages.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of drywall estimating experience.
Proficiency with OST, QuickBid, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of structural framing and exterior systems.
Experience with large commercial projects such as hospitals, casinos, hotels, and schools.
Compensation and Benefits
