experienced NJ Personal Injury & Employment Law Attorneys

Our team players have the ability to prioritize and multi-task while being detail-oriented, efficient and organized in a fast-paced environment.
All candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience.
Responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills when communicating with clients, adjusters, medical providers, experts, defense counsel and Court personnel.
Proactively handle a caseload of 75-100 files from intake through settlement/trial, including drafting Complaints, Motions and responsive pleadings, as well as Specials/Discovery/Arbitration/Mediation/Friendly Hearing/Trial packages, Releases and other settlement documents.
Independently conduct depositions and attend all Court proceedings.
Maintain a Tally of PIP Ledgers, EOBs, Health Insurance, Medicare and/or Medicaid records. Filing PIP Arbitrations/Lawsuits when necessary.
Legal database software: Needles/Neos experience is a plus.
Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive and SharePoint proficiency.
Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based paperless files.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, identify problems and implement solutions.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Compensation Competitive compensation packages up to $175,000.00/yr with remote/hybrid opportunities based on experience.
