The New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join our Employment Litigation team.
This role is ideal for an attorney with
3–5 years of experience
who is looking to grow their practice under the mentorship of seasoned partners and senior associates while taking on meaningful, client‑facing work immediately.
Responsibilities
Handling litigation matters from start to finish, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
Advising clients on day‑to‑day employment issues.
Working directly with clients and contributing to ongoing relationship‑building efforts.
Qualifications
3–5 years of employment litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and project‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment
Collaborative mindset, commitment to client service, and interest in business development
Admission to the
New Jersey and New York Bars
