Job Description The Senior Technical Engineer is the technical expert and will have mastery of multiple‑discipline/multiple‑skillset engineering design and substantiation. The Senior Technical Engineer will:

Act as a leader and a technical resource/consultant for the Engineering group.

Produce engineering and mentor others in the Engineering group.

Ensure the quality of drawings and documents produced in Engineering.

Assist the Project Engineer by defining the structure and organization of a project.

Have drawing and document approval authority.

Resolve technical issues and make final technical decisions.

Coordinate with Operations, Suppliers, and the Customer.

Contribute to the preparation of NAT proposals, including development of the statement of work, non‑recurring engineering estimates, and the parts kit list.

The Senior Technical Engineer should possess the following:

Four‑year technical degree and at least ten (10) years relevant industry experience recommended; or a combination of relevant formal technical training and at least ten (10) years relevant industry experience required.

Ten (10) or more years of aerospace engineering experience, with at least five (5) years on programs requiring FAA or EASA certification.

At least three (3) years of experience leading technical personnel.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.

Project and Drawing Management, troubleshooting, communication skills, ability to prioritize, and superior attention to detail.

Location Everett, Washington, United States

Benefits Primarily office work with some travel required. Must be comfortable meeting firm deadlines and completing work on time. Travel both domestically and internationally as required to support customer meetings and design reviews.
