The HR Business Partner, Recruitment plays a critical role in shaping the organizations talent strategy by managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. This position is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and alignment with business objectives. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights to support organizational growth. In addition to recruitment, this position oversees onboarding processes, headcount management, and HR reporting, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership. $29.00/yr - $44.00/yr Key Accountabilities Partner with recruiting team and hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies, including social media outreach. Stay current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to source top talent. Assess applicant qualifications by conducting interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing skills to job requirements. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers independently to determine candidate requirements for each position. Source and identify appropriate candidates for open roles and manage interview processes. Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and ad-hoc reporting. Oversee the full onboarding process, including: Background Checks: Complete criminal, employment, and education verifications. I-9 Verification: Validate employment eligibility and maintain compliance records. Payroll Profile Setup: Create and configure employee profiles in HRIS for accurate payroll and benefits. Auditing: Review onboarding documentation for compliance and accuracy. New Hire Paperwork: Collect and process tax forms, confidentiality agreements, benefits enrollment, and policy acknowledgments. Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires for general questions and partner with other HR teams for specialized inquiries (e.g., benefits, payroll, performance, compensation). Conduct new hire orientation and provide recruitment process training for new managers to ensure compliance and consistency in hiring practices. Participate in team projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
46 years of Human Resources experience required. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across multiple levels and functions. Negotiating job offers and managing the offer process. Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical roles. Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements. Experience with agency/vendor management and workforce planning. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven recommendations. Experience with college recruiting is highly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including:
VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions. Creating dynamic dashboards and reports. Developing professional presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
