– Our organization partners with companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. The following position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. Unless otherwise stated, this role is on‑site at the location detailed above. Key Accountabilities

Design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies, including social media outreach and job board management. Source, screen, interview, and verify candidates at all levels, ensuring candidates match job requirements. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate profiles. Manage interview processes and maintain recruitment reports. Oversee the full onboarding process including background checks, I‑9 verification, payroll profile setup, and compliance audits. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and provide training to hiring managers on best hiring practices. Key Performance Indicators

Full recruitment cycle management for positions ranging from entry‑level to senior management. Compliance with EEO laws and best practices. Effective new‑hire orientation, exit interviews, and visa review processes. Experience Requirements

4–6 years of human resources experience, with proven full‑cycle recruitment expertise. Experience negotiating job offers and managing the offer process. Talent pipeline development for critical roles. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements. Agency/vendor management and workforce planning experience. Analytics skills to analyze recruitment metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations. Experience with college recruiting highly preferred. Education Requirements

High School/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred. Advanced Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dynamic dashboards, and report development. Certifications

PHR preferred. SHRM‑CP preferred. Compensation

Hourly wage: $62,518.54 – $92,214.85. Work Schedule / Travel

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air. Other Details
