Lead SAP CI FICA Consultant – Infosys
Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP CI FICA Consultant to engage with business and functional teams, providing best‑fit technical solutions aligned with client needs and Infosys development standards. The role includes knowledge transfer, consulting delivery, and value‑adding solutions for global clients. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent foreign degree. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can substitute each year of education. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology. This position is based in Charlotte, NC. Travel to project or client locations may be required. Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Preferred Qualifications
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SAP CI and FICA modules in BRIM projects. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Design and configure Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI‑CA components. Strong understanding of FICA – AP/AR, dunning processes, scheduling billing, and invoicing configuration. Experience with SAP BRIM FICA Finance and Contract Accounting, including main/sub hierarchy, payment clearings, dunning, and open‑item management. Manage integration with SAP SOM, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems. Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, stakeholder meetings, data migration, testing, cutover activities, and post‑go‑live support. Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience in SAP CI, SAP FICA, and BRIM architecture. Proficiency in FI‑CA processes: dunning, payment processing, clearing, and account determination. Experience with event‑based charging, billing, and invoicing. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Subscription Billing, and SAP Revenue Accounting. Familiarity with ABAP debugging, enhancements, and interfaces (IDOCs, BAPIs). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field. Experience / Skill Sets – SAP CI / FICA
Strong hands‑on experience in SAP CI, SAP FICA, and BRIM architecture. Expertise in compensation elements such as classifiers, lookup tables, rate tables, and formulas. Agile/Scrum project methodology and AMS ticket resolution experience. Telecom, utilities, or high‑tech industry experience. Exposure to SAP BTP and cloud‑based integrations. Good to Have
Experience with SAP BRIM full suite: Subscription Billing, Convergent Charging, Revenue Accounting. Familiarity with SAP BTP for workflow and integration. Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and performance tuning. Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and dashboards. Understanding of ABAP enhancements, debugging, and custom development. Personal
