Sales Representative, Major Accounts

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.

You will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory, cultivating new business opportunities and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees.

You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.

ADP supports you with continuous sales training and the latest technology to set you up for success as you manage your book of business. What you’ll do:

Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans.

Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family.

Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build life‑long relationships. Collaborate Daily.

A college degree is great but not required.

What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.

If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience may include: Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience. Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales. Military experience – We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences veterans bring to the table. Preferred Qualifications
