Become a Key Player as a Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will deliver end-to-end FP&A that informs strategic decisions and management reporting for Adobe’s Digital Media Finance team. You’ll partner closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to build models, surface insights, and influence business outcomes. Work model: Hybrid preferred (2–3 days onsite in San Jose); open to remote candidates across the US (no specific time zone required).

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

Build driver-based financial models to support forecasting and reporting; run sensitivity analyses and assess risks and opportunities.

Drive operational excellence through automation and standardization to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.

Deliver insights on key business metrics using data visualization and analytics to guide performance and action plans.

Consolidate financial reporting across core and emerging businesses; lead analyses to identify synergies across lines of business.

Partner across teams to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements.

Articulate findings and facilitate decision-making across business and finance executive leaders.

Prepare business summaries; analyze emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Build trusted partnerships with multiple business stakeholders.

Support the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

4–6 years of finance/FP&A (or related) experience.

Advanced Excel skills (must-have).

Strong presentation skills; long-range planning; variance analysis; forecasting.

Self-starter who tackles complex tasks with minimal direction and devises new approaches.

High attention to detail with strong analytical rigor; ability to lead, set objectives, and deliver results.

Strong communication and influence skills across cross-functional teams.

Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Technical skills in data dashboarding and reporting automation.

Here’s What Else Might Help You Out

Experience in SaaS, Investment Banking, or Consulting.

Experience with Tableau, TM1, Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL.

CPA or MBA (preferred, not required).

Pay Range

$52.39 - $65.49/hour
