About the Opportunity At PwC, our operations consulting team specializes in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.

In this role you will work closely with insurance clients to assess customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to improve service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty.

You will provide guidance on implementing customer‑service technologies, designing service models, and cultivating a customer‑centric culture.

Responsibilities

Manage financial operations and administration for insurance clients

Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions

Mentor team members to enhance their skills

Maintain rigorous standards to confirm quality work

Manage specific workstreams within insurance markets (e.g., P&C, Life, Annuities, Group & Retirement)

Build and sustain meaningful client relationships

Navigate and manage complex situations effectively

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of combined experience in consulting and the insurance industry

What Sets You Apart

Preferred degree in Actuarial Science, Banking & Insurance, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related fields

Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles for insurance products

Experience with financial operations of insurance clients

Knowledge of operations and administration of insurance businesses

Data and systems interaction skills, including proficiency with IT tools and technology

Experience managing specific workstreams of client engagements within insurance markets

Delivery of financial effectiveness strategies using appropriate tools and techniques

Active participation in client discussions and meetings

Effective communication of the full breadth of consulting services offered

Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $77,000 - $202,000.

Additional annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and personal/family sick leave.
