Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to support a short-term, high-impact project for our client in Dallas. This role requires strong functional and technical understanding of SAP CRM modules, integration experience with SAP ECC/S4, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. The consultant will be responsible for enhancements, configurations, issue resolution, and supporting critical business processes during the project phase.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional solutions.
Configure, enhance, and support SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM processes with ECC/S/4HANA.
Provide hands‑on troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
Work with stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements, workflows, and data validation updates.
Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure successful deployment of changes.
Prepare documentation, functional specs, and system configuration materials.
Assist in stabilizing the environment during the 5‑month delivery cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in SAP CRM (functional or techno‑functional).
Strong hands‑on experience with CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Experience with CRM WebUI framework, transactions, and workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues independently.
Experience integrating SAP CRM with ECC or S/4HANA (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users.
Must be available to work onsite in Dallas on a hybrid schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM Middleware (BDocs, replication, queues).
SAP certification(s) related to CRM or related modules.
Knowledge of Fiori, SAP Cloud solutions, or third‑party integrations.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
