About The Role We’re looking for a

Legal Counsel (Commercial)

to support Unframe’s go‑to‑market motion as we scale enterprise deployments globally. You’ll lead negotiations for complex customer deals, draft and negotiate commercial and SaaS agreements, and partner closely with Sales and Operations across the

US and Europe

to keep deals moving with practical, business‑first legal support.

What You’ll Do

Lead negotiations for complex customer deals with large global enterprises

Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and SaaS contracts (MSAs, DPAs, order forms, SOWs)

Support Sales through deal strategy, risk assessments, and fast turnaround on legal review

Handle light privacy and data protection questions that come up in enterprise contracting

Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and leadership across the US and Europe

Help refine templates and contracting workflows to reduce friction and increase speed

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

6+ years’ experience in‑house and/or at a law firm focused on commercial/technology contracting

Review, draft and negotiate commercial and SaaS contracts, NDAs, MSAs

Lead negotiations for complex customer deals with large global enterprises

Support sales through deal strategy, risk assessments and fast turnaround

Work closely with sales and operations teams across the US and Europe

Handle light privacy and data protection questions

Excellent written and spoken English is a must

German is helpful but not required
