Company Description Our client is a rapidly scaling, venture-backed technology company transforming two of the most essential industries: housing and healthcare. Their AI-driven platform integrates deeply into operational workflows to reduce manual effort, improve accessibility, and deliver seamless, high-quality service experiences.
The organization recently secured a major late-stage funding round, positioning the team for accelerated product expansion and category dominance. If you’re energized by fast-paced environments, love solving complex operational challenges, and want to build systems that scale nationally, this role is a rare chance to have massive ownership and impact.
What You Will Do
Lead program management for new product launches—hosting internal knowledge sessions, delivering implementation training, and developing enablement materials.
Use SQL and BI tools to monitor product health after deployment, partnering closely with Support and Operations teams to address misconfigurations and ensure clients realize full product value.
Manage customer feedback loops by synthesizing insights from support tickets, user surveys, customer calls, and internal tools—acting as a strong Voice of the Customer to drive product improvements.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance core offerings and ensure features align with real client needs.
Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to understand business requirements and translate them into successful product deployments.
Thrive in a high-velocity environment where ownership, autonomy, and execution are key.
Contribute to building foundational processes and tools as the company scales rapidly.
Ideal Candidate Background
3+ years of experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment in an operational, product-focused, or generalist role.
Proven track record of working with software products that produced measurable business results.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and evolving customer needs.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action.
Strong communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Eager to work in person at an on-site, high-collaboration office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working closely with Product or Engineering teams; exposure to product management is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (or ability to learn quickly).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in industries like housing, healthcare, or AI-powered SaaS is helpful but not required.
Compensation, Benefits & Additional Details
Salary Range:
$120,000 – $200,000 (based on experience, skill level, and interview performance).
Equity:

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Fully paid parental leave.
Commuter and wellness benefits.
Unlimited PTO and paid holidays.
In-office meals and amenities.
