We are actively hiring Software Engineers for multiple portfolio companies building open crypto data infrastructure, AI tools, and on‑chain intelligence platforms.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for engineers who thrive at the intersection of analytics, infra, and crypto product development—especially those with a strong track record of translating raw blockchain activity into clean, public‑facing insights. Ideal candidates are hands‑on builders with data and protocol fluency, an ownership mindset, and a love for open models and dashboards.
You have 2+ years of data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering background
Based in the broader New York City area
You love to ship products, exercise agency, have a growth mindset, and love crypto
You love hard and ambiguous data problems - we aren’t afraid to ask anyone, so you can get the data that you need
Prior experience working with on-chain data (Dune, Flipside, etc.) is a huge plus
About the Role(s): Depending on the team, you could:
Own protocol data:
Build and ship end‑to‑end features for the Artemis terminal while developing a scalable data platform for analysts.
Build open dashboards:
Create the best free, on‑chain dashboards for anyone to access and use to understand digital finance.
Advance the crypto industry:
Deliver industry‑leading data paired with clear, first‑principles insights.
Grow your presence:
Share your work publicly and establish yourself as a recognized thought leader in the space.
Be customer‑obsessed:
Partner directly with top capital allocators, incorporating feedback to drive the industry forward.
Process:
We’ll confidentially match you with one or more portfolio companies based on your background and interests.
If mutual interest exists, we’ll facilitate warm introductions to relevant teams.
If there isn’t a fit today, we’ll keep you in mind for future opportunities across our portfolio.
