What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for stablecoin offerings
Develop business case recommendations for investment to executive sponsors
Oversee the design, development, deployment, and profitability of stablecoin products
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and coordinate regulatory submissions
Lead engagement with institutional clients and ecosystem players to expand stablecoin reach
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, financial, operations, and/or project management
3‑6 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain/digital asset sectors is highly preferred
Deep understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoin mechanics
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for digital assets
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3–6+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain/digital asset sectors
Familiarity with stablecoin issuers and on‑chain analytics
Experience developing partnerships with VC and PE‑backed fintechs
Hands‑on expertise with Ethereum, Solana, or other blockchain platforms
Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into user‑centric solutions
