We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic marketing decisions. This role involves developing analytics frameworks, creating dashboards, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with creative and client teams to optimize campaign performance across channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, process, and analyze data from various digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, web analytics, CRM, etc.) Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns Assist in setting up tracking mechanisms, including pixels, tags, and tracking URLs Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to analyze campaign results and refine approaches Monitor industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies Present data-driven reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or marketing analytics Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics Experience with programming languages or tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations BENEFITS: Glue-IQ pays 100% of Health plan premium (health, dental, vision) Hybrid working environment in creative, vibrant office setting (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
