Overview We are looking for experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our Hospitalist team. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, attentive, and quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Team & Work Environment
26 Physician/APP provider hospitalist team
Dedicated Nocturnist
24‑hr Intensivists onsite presence
The team is supported by an IAC RN to facilitate operations
Block scheduling
Team approach model with Hospitalist, Critical Care and Emergency Department under one IAC Director

Salary
Estimated employed W‑2 base pay range of $68/hour to $76/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour) plus comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company‑funded 401(k)
