Position Overview Soliantis is seeking a
Speech‑Language Pathologist
to provide high‑quality speech and language services to students near Fort Lee, NJ. The SLP will support a diverse student population and work collaboratively in a school setting.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEPs
Provide direct therapy services in individual and small‑group settings
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and academic growth
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Speech‑Language Pathology
Valid state SLP license and NJ Educator License
Prior school‑based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Position Details
Able to start immediately; license must be active in NJ within the last year
PreK‑4th grade caseload
