Job Summary and Responsibilities We have a new Charge RN role available with our Bailey Boushay House. This does including working every other weekend.
Lead premium
This position receives a lead premium of $3.25 /Hour on top of the hourly rate.
Sign On Bonus Available! The BBH Charge RN plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care and functions during an assigned shift. Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the nursing staff to ensure optimal flow and utilization of resources to meet demand for services with available staff. Addresses patient care or service problems as necessary. Clinically competent for patient populations served.

Job Requirements
Current, valid RN licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Washington required.
CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.
Four years clinical experience in a long-term care/nursing home or acute care setting preferred
Demonstrated skill in prioritizing the demands of daily operations and organizing required resources.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Preferred
Experience in HIV/AIDS nursing preferred
Experience in a lead/charge capacity desirable.
