What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for GitLab Dedicated, focusing on customer results and platform growth
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to build a reliable, secure, and performant single‑tenant SaaS foundation
Balance feature development with operational excellence and platform stability when prioritizing the roadmap
Partner with various teams to drive adoption and scale GitLab Dedicated across enterprise customer segments
Engage directly with enterprise customers to address security and compliance needs and translate feedback into actionable product iterations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Product management experience building and shipping successful SaaS products
Practical understanding of running a SaaS service at scale, including operations and reliability
Strong communication skills to translate complex customer and regulatory requirements into product plans
Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers in highly regulated industries
Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of product changes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with business acumen, including experience with pricing and packaging
Familiarity with security, compliance, and data protection needs in enterprise environments
Experience working across distributed, cross‑functional teams in a remote setting
