What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own the success of revenue tools within the company's revenue stack
Conduct deep user research to identify and document seller pain points and tooling needs
Draft comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and design artifacts
Oversee feature execution and drive usability testing in collaboration with various teams
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business impact and inform roadmap iterations
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-8 years of Go-To-Market (GTM) tooling experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Established subject matter expert in GTM tooling with a history of delivering substantial impact
Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear requirements and solutions
Experience leveraging AI to solve high-impact business problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong understanding of sales technology stacks and user experience design principles
Proven track record of successful product launches and adoption strategies
Familiarity with change management and enablement programs in a sales context
