We’re looking for an

FP&A Manager

to support Kuali’s budgeting and forecasting process and ensure leaders have clear, accurate insights to guide decision‑making. As Kuali’s

FP&A Manager , you will lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range strategic planning initiatives. You will develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives. You will also develop and maintain financial reports, prepare executive‑level presentations with clear, data‑driven insights, prepare monthly financial reporting including PE metrics, and analyze performance against budget and relevant benchmarking targets. You’ll play a key role in helping the organization understand what’s driving financial outcomes, supporting strategic initiatives, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. This role is fully remote.

What you’ll be responsible for

Collaborating with department managers as you lead the annual budget process

Owning and reporting on key SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn rates, net revenue retention

Tracking and reporting on PE relevant metrics including EBITDA, cashflow generation, revenue growth rates, and capital efficiency

Collaborating with PE stakeholders on performance tracking of our value creation initiatives

Creating timely, accurate financial reports that provide clear insights to leadership

Analyzing financial performance versus budget and identifying drivers behind variances

Partnering closely with the Controller to research, interpret, and explain differences between expected and actual results

Building short‑ and long‑term financial forecasts using historical and current data

Meeting regularly with department managers to discuss monthly variances and ensure shared understanding

Driving process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy

Performing ad‑hoc FP&A analysis to support leadership questions and strategic decisions

You may be a good fit if you have

BS in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience

7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles

Experience creating financial reports and dashboards

Experience with budgeting and forecasting

Experience conducting variance analyses and communicating performance insights

Strong command of SaaS‑specific KPIs (MRR/ARR, CAC/LTV ratios)

We’d be delighted if you also have

Experience in B2B SaaS companies with multi‑year contracts

Experience supporting M&A activities or integration projects

Experience in investment banking or PE‑backed organizations
