Experience as a senior product manager in a multi‑product, high‑growth scale‑up company Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes and HR functions Proven experience launching products or features that leverage AI Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across different departments Business‑level proficiency in English, both written and spoken How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
