Enterprise Architect job responsibilities include:

Create and manage ARB artifacts by collaborating with application teams and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

Coordinate governance reviews and approvals with Enterprise Architects, incorporating feedback and finalizing documentation.

Provision target state cloud environments and oversee application onboarding activities, including security and compliance checks.

Guide modernization efforts by refactoring legacy applications into microservices and supporting containerized deployments.

Maintain governance processes and dashboards, tracking artifact status and environment build progress.

Act as liaison between stakeholders, providing guidance on ARB requirements, onboarding steps, and timelines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and governance coordination.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Proven expertise in modernizing applications (refactoring .NET/Java into microservices) and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Louisville, KY . You will lead governance processes by creating ARB artifacts and coordinating approvals, while ensuring successful cloud environment provisioning and application onboarding.

Rate Range:

$45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details:

$45.00 to $60.00 per hour
