General Summary: Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm’s QGOV Finance and Business Operations organization. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in financial systems and a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to drive automation, insights, and operational efficiency. This role will support the Finance and Business Operations team by enhancing system capabilities, integrating AI tools, and optimizing workflows and business‑analytics across financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role will also support broader Business Unit cross‑functional systems, process, and business‑analytics needs, with keen focus on sales operations systems, processes, and analytics framework understanding, establishment, and optimization.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI‑driven solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, and process automation, including the development of dashboards and reporting tools using AI‑enhanced analytics platforms.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize sales operations systems and processes, using business analytics and automated tools (e.g., Oracle, TM1, Costpoint) to implement controls, reporting, audits, and system enhancements.
Conduct complex analyses related to system issues, perform business system audits and control work, and identify and resolve bugs to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Maintain and support existing business systems by performing regular updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
Lead and support system upgrade initiatives by facilitating the enhancement lifecycle and defining deliverables for medium to large projects to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Prepare clear and detailed documentation for complex business system configurations, enhancement projects, and AI/automation initiatives; create and deliver training programs to support finance and other cross‑functional users and stakeholders in adopting new tools and technologies.
Perform additional duties as required, including project control, invoicing processes, and ad hoc financial and sales operations analysis to support evolving business needs and ensure comprehensive financial oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or related work experience.
Experience with AI Automation on Finance and Operations Systems.
Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, N8N, etc.) in a Finance and Business Operations context.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial data structures.
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for self‑service reporting and visualization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or related field and 4+ years of experience with business systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP), Microsoft suite, or related systems/applications.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ years of experience with business systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP), Microsoft suite, or related systems/applications.

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
