Overview

Senior Financial Analyst opportunities in Qualcomm’s QGOV Finance organization. The role involves managing a portfolio of USG contract project financials, utilizing business systems and tools, and collaborating with management and cross-functional partners (e.g., program management, contracts, engineering, strategic development). The candidate should have strong analytical and communications skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously. Strong teamwork and the ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements are required. This role requires full-time onsite work in San Diego, CA (5 days per week). Responsibilities

USG contract project financial management including forecasting of annual budgets and quarterly outlooks, weekly EAC management, scenario analysis, identification of financial risks and opportunities, and other various project deliverables. Opportunity for other assignments within QGOV Finance across the entire business cycle (pricing/proposals, department expense management, financial statement consolidations, accounting, systems, and tools development/support, etc.). Applicants selected must be a U.S. citizen and must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years). A Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following Characteristics

Prior experience as a program finance analyst Knowledge of FAR and experience with government contracting Knowledge of Tech Industry Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA a plus Aptitude for financial systems and reporting, including Oracle, HFM, TM1, Costpoint, SharePoint, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Adaptable and flexible to changing business environments; experience in a matrixed global organization Highly motivated team player with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Highly analytical and comfortable interacting across various business and finance teams Qualifications / Compliance

$88,000.00 - $132,000.00 The pay scale reflects the broad minimum to maximum for this job code and location. Salary is one component of total compensation; Qualcomm offers a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and potential RSU grants. Benefits details are available from your recruiter.
