About Us We are a growing, hospital‑based private radiology practice providing 24/7 diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, and neurointerventional surgery services across multiple hospitals in Florida. As our clinical footprint expands, we are seeking an experienced

PACS and IT Administrator

to support our imaging operations, optimize radiologist workflow, and serve as a critical liaison between our group and hospital IT departments. Our current imaging volume is 750k imaging studies per year across six hospitals within a single health system.

We will be launching our own cloud‑based AI‑supported PACS in early 2026 that will sit on top of the hospitals’ PACS. The hospital system’s PACS will remain the system of record. This PACS Admin will lead the implementation of this project. Prior experience with PACS conversions, third‑party interfaces, HL7 interfaces, k and hardware/software installs and maintenance is preferred. While all qualified candidates will be considered, preference will be given to applicants living locally in southeast Florida. Position Summary The PACS and IT Administrator is responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and optimization of picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), imaging modalities, and associated hardware/software infrastructure. This role ensures seamless imaging workflows, supports clinical efficiency, and manages upgrades, deployments, and integrations—including new PACS installations—as our practice expands.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands‑on experience implementing or migrating PACS platforms, and excellent communication skills for coordinating with radiologists, technologists, hospital IT teams, and third‑party vendors.

The PACS Administrator will also oversee training for new (internal) radiologists and new (external) hospital radiology technologists.
