You will be able to access and complete the application through “My Draft Applications” located on your Candidate Home page.**## Job Posting Title:Data Quality Analyst 1## Position Type:Professional / Unclassified## Department:LSUAM COB - GP - HS - Research (Sara Elizabeth Graham (00001435))## Work Location:0100 Campus Federal Credit Union## Pay Grade:Professional## Job Description:**JOB SUMMARY:**The Data Quality Analyst 1 position on the Data Quality (DQ) Team provides specialized crash data analysis, works to develop and implement new DQ projects, reviews recognized best practices in traffic crash data to make recommendations to stakeholders. This position reports to the DQ Manager and is responsible for (1) reviewing crash data for accuracy, completeness, and uniformity, (2) helping develop internal processes and data cleaning guidance documentation, and (3) assisting with special projects.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**60% -Reviews crash data for accuracy, completeness, and uniformity. Identifies and communicates solutions to improve data quality. Research and recommend best practices for continued data improvement.25% - Work with DQ staff to document and maintain internal documentation of projects and processes.

Work with DQ staff to compile and maintain internal guidance for data review, audits, and FAQ.10% - Assist with purchasing supplies and process payments on invoices. Assist with process hiring and termination procedures for all CARTS graduate assistants and student workers, including updating costing allocations for students and GAs with grant updates. Assist with CARTS staff and external stakeholders to coordinate, develop, and prepare CARTS newsletter for quarterly distribution, as well as assist with preparation of content and post on CARTS social media.5% - Assist with ad hoc data projects and requests.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**Education Level: Bachelor's degreeDegree Substitute: LSU values skills, experience, and expertise.
