Job Brief
Epic Golf Club is a premier private golf society delivering once-in-a-lifetime access to the world's most sought-after clubs, travel, and member experiences. We're hiring an experienced Membership Director / Sales Executive to lead high-value membership growth from our Scottsdale office.
You'll present Epic's luxury offering to executives and affluent individuals nationwide, guiding prospects through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process. This role requires elite presentation and listening skills, confidence in high-ticket environments, deep golf knowledge, and a proven ability to consistently hit monthly sales targets.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive New Membership Sales
Own a national pipeline of qualified prospects and deliver consistent monthly sales results.
Run a consultative discovery process that assesses cultural fit, lifestyle alignment, and financial readiness.
Deliver high-impact membership presentations (Zoom, phone, in-person) tailored to each prospect's goals.
Maintain a "relationship depth, not pressure" approach that fits Epic's brand and drives long-term trust.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Build and maintain a clean, measurable book of business; weekly prioritize top prospects and move them through stages with clear next steps.
Set weekly micro-goals and activities that ladder up to monthly targets.
Produce accurate monthly sales goals/forecasts and communicate progress to leadership.
Lead Generation & Network Activation
Proactively source new opportunities through networking, golf industry contacts, member referrals, and social channels.
Activate and grow referral engines such as the Member-Get-Member program.
Leverage external ambassador pipelines (ex: caddie and golf-industry ambassador channels) to generate warm, high-quality introductions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing for social proof/case studies and high-quality closing collateral.
Coordinate with Member Services and Operations to ensure a seamless handoff post-sale and eliminate closing friction.
Gather prospect feedback and share market insights to refine messaging and product.
Represent Epic in the Market
Attend, host, and represent Epic at golf events, private clubs, tournaments, and brand activations.
Build Epic's reputation through polished, high-touch member/prospect engagement.
Qualifications & Experience Required
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience , preferably high-ticket, luxury, or relationship-based selling.
Demonstrated success consistently hitting
monthly sales goals
with a track record of strong pipeline management.
Strong golf knowledge and industry connections
at the private-club / elite-golfer level.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level clients.
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools, email/LinkedIn outreach, Hubspot and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Must live in (or be willing to relocate to) the
Phoenix Metro / Scottsdale area.
Preferred
Background in golf, private clubs, luxury travel/hospitality, or lifestyle membership models.
Existing network of affluent golfers, club leadership, caddies, or related ambassador communities.
Experience selling experiential, subscription, or membership products.
