Capstone Hospitality is the industry leader in membership sales development, partnering with more than 70 private and semi-private clubs nationwide. We specialize in driving membership growth for country clubs, golf clubs, yacht clubs, boat clubs, and other premier member-based organizations.

About the role:

Capstone Hospitality is seeking a sales professional and accomplished golfer to serve as the next Golf Membership Sales Director at a premier private golf club located in the Lima, OH area.

Training Program:

The position includes a two-week training period. Week 1: Remote training; Week 2: In-person training at our Jacksonville, FL headquarters (housing provided; candidate is responsible for travel). Upon completion, you will work full-time on-site at the client club.

Primary Role and Responsibilities include:

Drive new membership sales at Capstone’s private client club

Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales goals

Develop and execute a strategic membership sales plan tailored to the club

Utilize Capstone Hospitality’s proven lead generation programs

Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, and marketing efforts

Manage the full sales process: lead qualification, presentations, tours, follow-up, and closing

Foster referral business through relationships with current members and staff

Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activity and results

Serve as an integral part of the on-site club team, delivering exceptional service to members and prospects

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional sales and marketing experience

Minimum 2 years working within the private golf club industry

Strong golf background; you understand the game, the culture, and the value of a private club membership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making

Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems

Willingness to complete required training and work on-site in Lima, OH area

Comfortable working Tuesday–Saturday in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
