We’re seeking a Senior Director of Sales to join our US Operation.
You’ll execute the national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Relationship Management and Sales leadership teams on the design and execution of customer‑facing program and strategic initiatives across all segments.
Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding Garda's products, services, and solutions.
Establish and maintain robust business partnerships internally and externally.
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Work strategically to understand potential customer needs and provide solutions.
Meet or exceed targets for revenue, new customer acquisition, and profit margins.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 8 years of proven progressive sales experience
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications preferred
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Dynamic thinker who can succeed with new client acquisitions
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an ability to effectively influence and build rapport.
Travel
30‑50% based on business needs, team support and customer requirements
