Primary Functions: Overall administrative and financial oversight, outreach and communication with partners and donors, fundraising, and advocacy and development of collaborative efforts with national and international partners to advance Lutheran and other Christian health care ministries around the world. International travel is required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Public Health, Health Care Administration, Theology or related field is preferred; five years of leadership and management experience, including governance and evaluation, with a minimum of three years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a Christian or faith-based nonprofit or international development organization
