Ready to architect the future with AWS? Join us!

We are one of the fastest-growing AWS Partners in Europe . Our strength lies in delivering innovative IT projects for companies across various industries – from telecommunications and finance to ambitious startups.

In this role, you will embody the true definition of a Solutions Architect : a strategic thinker who can design complex systems on a whiteboard and then turn around and build the core infrastructure code.

You will act as a technical authority on AWS Cloud, Distributed Systems, and Modernization. Unlike purely advisory roles, we expect you to stay hands‑on, proving your designs through POCs, infrastructure automation, and solving hard engineering problems alongside the team.

Your responsibilities: Cloud‑Native Architecture:Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions strictly following the AWS Well‑Architected Framework. You will architect for high availability and disaster recovery.

Distributed Systems Mastery:Design complex microservices architectures. You will make key decisions on communication patterns (Synchronous vs. Asynchronous), decoupling components, and handling concurrency in distributed environments.

Modernization Strategy:Lead the architectural vision for migrating legacy monoliths to cloud‑native, containerized, or serverless environments.

Hands-on Engineering & Delivery: Infrastructure as Code (IaC):You don't just document; you build. You will design and implement foundational infrastructure using TerraformorAWS CDK, setting the standards for the engineering teams.

Kubernetes & Compute:Oversee the architecture of containerized workloads on Amazon EKS(or ECS). You will handle complex orchestration challenges, including autoscaling, networking (CNI), and service mesh implementation.

Prototyping:Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate new technologies or architectural patterns before wider adoption.

Data persistence & Integration: Database Selection & Design:Act as a subject matter expert on choosing the right database for the workload. You will navigate betweenRelational(Aurora, RDS) andNoSQL(DynamoDB, DocumentDB , ElastiCache ) solutions, optimizing for performance, consistency, and cost.

Event-Driven Architecture:Design integration layers using streaming and messaging services (Amazon Kinesis, MSK/Kafka, SQS/SNS) to ensure reliable data flow between microservices.

Trusted Advisor:Work directly with clients (CTOs, Architects) to understand their business challenges and map them to technical solutions.

Technical Evangelism:Conduct Well‑Architected Reviews, lead workshops, and represent the company’s technical expertise in front of customers.

Knowledge of / experience with: Role Experience:Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Lead DevOps, or Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong architectural background.

AWS Generalist:Comprehensive knowledge of the AWS landscape—from core services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM) to higher‑level abstractions. You understand how the cloud works "under the hood."

Distributed Systems:Deep understanding of CAP theorem, eventual consistency, circuit breakers, and latency patterns in microservices.

Database Depth:Practical knowledge of database internals. You understand concepts like sharding, replication strategies, indexes, and read/write scaling for both SQL and NoSQL engines.

Kubernetes (K8s):Strong hands‑on experience with EKS/Kubernetes. You know how to design a production‑ready cluster.

IaC :Advanced proficiency with Terraform (writing modules, state management) or AWS CDK.

Development Background:Experience in software development (Go, Java, Python or TypeScript) allowing you to speak the same language as developers and understand application logic.

Communication:Excellent verbal and written skills in Polish and Englishare mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

Experience with "The 12‑Factor App" methodology

Experience in large‑scale cloud migrations (re‑platforming/re‑architecting)

Practical experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch)

A "builder" mindset – you prefer solving problems over just talking about them

We offer:
