Role Description: Architect and design scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmaps.

Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring architecture compliance and high-quality delivery.

Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), declarative automation, and environment management.

Promote architecture governance, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and ensure thorough documentation and testing protocols.

Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.

Experience in architecture consulting engagements as well as experience in submitting proactive proposals to grow the business.”

Essential Skills: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience

5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture

Proven hands-on experience with data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)

Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com).

Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across all phases of the project lifecycle

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and partners.”

Desirable Skills: Experience in driving continuous improvement including design, and standardization of process and methodologies.

Experience assessing feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions.

Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration.”
