$85,000 - $105,000 annual base salary DOE

As a Registered Nurse/Case Manager at Ovation Hospice, you will be responsible for: Assessing clients' conditions during every visit and keeping meticulous records of your observations. Monitoring vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate. Administering medications as prescribed by the client's physician. Providing wound care and tracking healing progress. Educating clients, their families, and caregivers on proper home health care strategies and procedures. Offering palliative care as needed to ensure client comfort. Making recommendations for devices or tools that can enhance the client's quality of life. Listening to clients and being responsive to their concerns and requests. Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing. A current and valid nursing license in the state of Colorado. Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification. Access to reliable transportation. The ability to work both independently and with directions. A compassionate and friendly demeanor that fosters trust and comfort. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word for documenting and tracking client care activities.
